Dagmar Siebecke

Mental health is a matter close to my heart.

Dagmar Siebecke

Tolerance, freedom of choice and appreciation are some examples of my core values. They also play a major role in my professional topics. After all, they are essential elements both in maintaining mental health and in dealing with somatic and psychosomatic illness - for the individual and for dealing with others.

After a good 20 years in occupational science research in the field of innovation management, I have recently turned increasingly to my roots - psychology - and conducted research in the context of burnout. I am now implementing the results in my work: Since 2009, I have been supporting employees and companies with issues relating to the promotion and maintenance of mental health. I also work part-time as a lecturer in psychological counseling and rehabilitation psychology at a private university.

It was and is important to me to combine my professional commitments with my family with five children. As a role model, I like to show that it is possible to combine family and career without one of the areas having to suffer. I draw strength from creative activities in the fields of music, art and photography.
