Good communication, honest reflection and enjoying what we do – that's important to me. For myself, in everyday life, and especially when working with others.

I am fascinated by how much relationship building and inner attitude determine whether collaboration and change succeed – or fail. As a budding psychologist, I am happy to bring this enthusiasm to Choreoo. Here, I have found a place where I can contribute new perspectives and learn a lot at the same time.

My curiosity about people does not stop at national borders: I enjoy travelling, preferably with a backpack – for example, through South America or during my voluntary service in Costa Rica. The many interesting encounters, new perspectives and valuable insights into other ways of life have not only helped me grow personally, but also broadened my view of people and cultural diversity.
