Every organization has to find its own way, just like every person

Klaus Stulle

Change is omnipresent - more dynamic and short-cycle than ever. I am convinced that every organization must find and follow its own path. I am happy to accompany you on this path - in an appreciative and supportive manner for everyone involved.

I studied psychology, philosophy and business administration at universities in Aix-en-Provence, Wuppertal and Cologne. In my more than twelve years of corporate experience at Bayer AG, I was able to shape operational and strategic personnel development in staff and management functions. As part of my professorship in business psychology, I enjoy sharing this experience in my teaching.

I live with my wife and daughters on the Rhine in Düsseldorf. I look back fondly on my travels, which have taken me to 75+ countries on all continents. In my free time, I am a committed and successful recreational soccer player and officially measured long-distance runner.
