People can change. And yet there is often tough resistance and a lot of frustration when something has to change in organizations. I am convinced that there is a better way - and that clear responsibility, empathy and good communication are the key. I am committed to this as a kind of pilot in change projects, as a strategy implementation assistant and as a consultant for organizations in transition.
After studying psychology, I worked in talent management and organizational development at an international level in two DAX companies. I was able to experience professionalism, decency, good leadership and successful change - and also the opposite. And the consequences this has for managers and employees. Today, I am fully in my element when I design change processes, help to communicate and encourage managers to take responsibility. My aim is to do this kindly, patiently and intelligently.
I am a family man, a father of four wonderful children and a passionate player and coach of a fairly successful volleyball team. What I really like about my sport is that individual performance counts - but you can only win as a team.
