Change is not achieved through impressive glossy charts, but through genuine dialogue with the people involved. I am convinced that this is the basis for sustainable solutions. I live this philosophy at Choreoo, both in customer projects and in my internal role as managing director.

With a degree in business psychology (M.Sc.) and a specialisation in change management, I laid the foundations for my current work. During my previous position at a global IT company, I both experienced and actively drove profound organisational changes. Now, when I support our clients' change processes in an external role, I do so with clarity, calmness and a healthy dose of pragmatism.  

Sport is an important constant in my life. I am an ambitious tennis player and coach, and even though sporting achievements are no longer my top priority, I have always retained my ambition. As an enthusiastic winter sports enthusiast, I find that the mountain air is the best way to clear my head and recharge my batteries on ski tours in the Alps.
