Business is often hectic and complex. When change processes are added to this, people and organizations are put under great strain. In my work, I meet these challenges with clarity, calm and a healthy pragmatism.

Change is not achieved through impressive glossy charts, but through genuine dialog with the people involved. I am convinced that based on this, change can be successful and solutions with substance can be developed. I bring this attitude to Choreoo with great pleasure, both in projects with our clients and in my internal responsibilities as Managing Director.

With a degree in business psychology (M.Sc.) and a specialization in change management, I laid the foundations for my current work during my academic career. During my previous employment at a growing, global IT company, I was actively involved in driving far-reaching organizational change - and was also affected by it myself. When I now accompany our clients' change processes in an external role, I do so with empathy, calmness and the ambition to implement sustainable solutions.

Sport is an important constant in my life. I am an ambitious tennis player and coach and have always retained my ambition, even if sporting achievements are no longer my top priority. As an enthusiastic winter sportsman, I clear my head best in the mountain air and recharge my batteries on ski tours in the Alps.
