I support our clients in facing change with clarity, optimism and drive.

Tanja Kloth

My work with clients and colleagues has always been characterized by respect for the task and the people. I work in a solution- and resource-oriented way, with creativity, empathy and a healthy pragmatism. My aim is to open up scope for action and shape change in a positive way. I help employees and managers to act efficiently and effectively in an agile world.

In my 15+ years as a Sales Consultant and Project Lead at the “Big Tech” company Google, I was able to gain a wide range of positive experiences with leadership, agility, innovation culture and psychological safety. I use this experience, as well as my training and further education as a qualified psychologist, coach, change manager and resilience trainer, to convey the courage to act. I support change in an appreciative manner - whereby the suitability of solutions for everyday life is particularly important to me.

I have a great passion for all forms of storytelling (books, drama, radio plays, board games), and I particularly love improvisational theater. With our son (my most dedicated mentor!) I can often be found in the woods or on the playground. Since living in New Zealand, my heart beats for the All Blacks rugby team.
