In the business world, only a few terms are as difficult to grasp as corporate culture. On the one hand fleeting and seemingly abstract, it is at the same time behavior-defining and decisive for success.

Corporate culture is created by the daily actions of employees and managers. If you want to change it in a targeted manner, you have to start deeper: with identity, values and the skills practised in the organization. New behaviors need a stable foundation - a clear attitude that is anchored in the corporate strategy and is exemplified and consistently demanded by managers.

We work with you to shape the dialog about the desired target culture and what lies behind it. We then develop concrete measures and tools that make the desired corporate culture tangible in everyday life - in decisions, in behavior, in cooperation.
